Karina Connect is a web platform that runs a brand's user-generated content program from end to end. Karina recruits creators, sends them content briefs, reviews the drafts they submit, and tracks the rewards they earn, all in one place instead of across DMs, spreadsheets, and lost threads. It replaces the manual coordination that makes creator programs painful to run at any real scale.

The challenge

Running a UGC program by hand falls apart quickly. Briefs live in messages, submissions arrive in a dozen formats, feedback gets lost, and nobody can say which creator is owed what. Karina wanted a single system where the whole lifecycle was visible and structured, from finding the right creators to making sure they were rewarded for approved work.

What we built

A web platform with two clear sides, the brand's admin team and the creators they work with.

• Creator onboarding that captures categories, social profiles, and a pitch video, with admins reviewing and activating new creators.
• A searchable creator directory so the team can find the right voices and assign briefs to specific people.
• Content briefs that creators accept or decline, each tied to a reward.
• A draft review loop, where creators submit work and admins accept it or request changes, with clear statuses the whole way through.
• Reward tracking, so product and discount rewards move from pending to delivered without anyone losing the thread, and creators are notified at each step.

The platform's job is to make a creator program feel organized instead of held together by direct messages.

How we worked

We built it as a single web application on a modern stack, with the brand's workflow shaping the data model rather than the other way around. Briefs, submissions, drafts, and rewards are first-class objects with explicit states, so at any moment the team can see exactly where every piece of content stands and what each creator is owed. Media uploads, from pitch videos to content drafts, are handled cleanly so creators can submit work without friction.

The outcome

Karina Connect turns a scattered, manual creator program into a structured pipeline: recruit, brief, review, reward. The brand gets visibility and control over content production, and creators get a clear place to receive briefs, submit work, and see their rewards through. What used to live in a tangle of messages now runs as one workflow.
