Karina works with content creators to bring its products to new audiences. As the program grew, the work became harder to coordinate. Applications, briefs, draft videos, feedback, and rewards were spread across direct messages and spreadsheets, making it easy to lose time and difficult to see the full picture.
Karina Connect was created to give the brand and its creators one clear place to work together.
The business challenge
A creator program involves much more than sending a brief. The team needs to find the right people, agree on the work, review drafts, request changes, approve content, and make sure every reward is delivered. When those steps live in separate conversations, the team spends more time chasing updates and creators are left unsure about what happens next.
Karina needed a product that would make the entire relationship easier to manage without making the experience feel heavy for creators.

We began with the real steps Karina and its creators already followed, then removed the repetition and uncertainty around them. Every screen answers a practical question: what needs my attention, what is waiting on someone else, and what happens next. This makes the platform easy to adopt while giving the brand the structure it needs to grow the program.
