Karina Commerce: Storefront, Loyalty, and Operations in One System
A custom platform for online sales, loyalty, customer records, orders, stock, delivery, reporting, and AI-assisted internal work.

Karina sells a large beauty catalogue online and through physical points of sale. The website, call centre, logistics team, customer service, and factory all depend on the same product, customer, order, and stock information. The project was to give them one system instead of adding another disconnected storefront.
The brief
Karina needed to:
- Make a large catalogue easy to shop by category, need, routine, and collection.
- Run promotions, gifts, reviews, and seasonal campaigns without developer support.
- Connect customer accounts and checkout to a real loyalty programme.
- Give call centre, logistics, and support teams the same order history and customer context.
- Track sales, stock, delivery performance, and repeat customers from live data.
- Let authorised staff use AI to retrieve information and complete approved actions.
What we delivered
We designed and built a custom commerce and operations platform with:
- A responsive storefront with search, wishlists, reviews, guided routines, and customer accounts.
- Checkout rules for local pricing, delivery, payment, discounts, gifts, and promotions.
- Admin controls for products, variants, content, campaigns, prices, and availability.
- Customer records that combine orders, loyalty activity, complaints, and support context.
- Order tools for confirmation, pickup, courier assignment, delivery status, returns, and complaints.
- Role-specific dashboards for sales, stock pressure, top products, delivery activity, and repeat purchases.

Loyalty connected to checkout
Karifid is part of the customer account and checkout flow. Customers earn points from purchases and defined milestones, then redeem them as a discount when they order. Karina can change the earning rules, review each points movement, and see how loyalty affects repeat purchases.

This avoids a separate loyalty tool and gives customer service a complete record when a customer asks about missing points or a reward.
One order flow across the company
Every order follows a shared record from checkout to delivery. The call centre confirms it, stock is reserved, logistics prepares the parcel, the courier status is recorded, and customer service can see the full history if something goes wrong.
The same foundation is designed to extend into raw materials, weighing, production, filling, and finished goods. This lets Karina connect factory stock to what can actually be sold.
AI with permission to act
The platform exposes approved operations through a secure MCP connection. Authorised team members can use an AI assistant to:
- Find products, customers, orders, and complaints.
- Explain an order status using live records.
- Review stock needs, top products, and repeat-purchase behaviour.
- Create approved products or manual orders.
The assistant follows the permissions of the underlying system. It does not bypass approval rules or work from a separate copy of the data.
The result
Karina now runs the storefront, loyalty programme, customer records, orders, support context, and reporting from shared data. Customers get consistent information from shopping through delivery. Teams spend less time re-entering details or asking another department for status updates. Management can see sales, stock, customer, and delivery activity in one place.
